Founding

CheckX Solutions Group was founded in 2005 in response to a recurring pattern observed in complex and regulated environments.

Organizations were moving toward automation, AI, and large-scale change without first having clarity on what was actually broken, what was safe to change, and where risk lived.

Over time, this led to amplified inefficiencies, documentation failures, validation issues, and rework — not because the tools were wrong, but because decisions were made without sufficient clarity.

The firm was established to operate upstream of execution, providing leadership with the clarity required to make defensible decisions before committing resources.

That focus remains unchanged.
